INGREDIENTS: 6 cups of Rice flour (biyyapindi), 1 cup Urad flour (vudhi podi), Salt, 2 table spoons of Jeera (cumin seeds), 2 table spoons of Seasame seeds (nuvvulu), Hot oil (for 60% of cup), Water to mix
PREPARATION:
