INGREDIENTS: Baby Potatoes, Oil, Salt, Red Chilly powder, Corn flour (mokka jonna pindi), Rice flour (biyyapindi), Maida (Maize flour / all purpose flour), Aja-na-moto
PREPARATION:
- Pressure cook baby potatoes for 2 whistles in cooker
- Cool them, peel of the skin
- Take a bowl
- Add 2 spoons of corn flour, rice flour, 1 spoon of maida, salt, red chilly powder, half t spoon aja-na-moto
- Mix this into thin batter using little water
- Make holes using fork on the potatoes
- Dip them in the prepared batter
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown
- Dish out, Garnish with onion and lemon
- Serve hot using green chutney / pudhina / mint chutney or tomato ketchup..
