INGREDIENTS: Baby Potatoes, Oil, Salt, Red Chilly powder, Corn flour (mokka jonna pindi), Rice flour (biyyapindi), Maida (Maize flour / all purpose  flour), Aja-na-moto

PREPARATION:
  • Pressure cook baby potatoes for 2 whistles in cooker 
  • Cool them, peel of the skin
  • Take a bowl
  • Add 2 spoons of corn flour, rice flour, 1 spoon of  maida, salt, red chilly powder, half t spoon aja-na-moto
  • Mix this into thin batter using little water
  • Make holes using fork on the potatoes
  • Dip them in the prepared batter
  • Deep fry in oil till golden brown
  • Dish out, Garnish with onion and lemon
  • Serve hot using green chutney / pudhina / mint chutney or tomato ketchup..
