INGREDIENTS: 3 cups of Rice flour (biyyapindi), 1/2 cup of half grinded Legumes (pappulu / veri senagullu), 1/2 cup of half grinded peanuts (fried ground nuts), Salt, Red chilly powder, 4 table spoons Hot Oil, Water, 2 table spoons Seasame seeds (nuvvulu), Deep fried long cut onion slices, Curry leaves
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients into a bowl
Knead to a hard dough using required quantity of water
Grease oil to a cover or your palm
Take small portion of the prepared dough
Press it into small onion rice crackers
Make such as many as required or till the dough finishes
Place oil in an kadai and heat
Deep fry the prepared nipats in oil till golden brown
Onion rice crackers are ready to serve now..
Store them in an container
These can also be baked in oven..
Stays for around 1 month and more....
