INGREDIENTS
: 3 cups of Rice flour (biyyapindi), 1/2 cup of half grinded Legumes (pappulu / veri senagullu), 1/2 cup of half grinded peanuts (fried ground nuts), Salt, Red chilly powder, 4 table spoons Hot Oil, Water, 2 table spoons Seasame seeds (nuvvulu), Deep fried long cut onion slices, Curry leaves


PREPARATION:

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl

  • Knead to a hard dough using required quantity of water

  • Grease oil to a cover or your palm

  • Take small portion of the prepared dough 

  • Press it into small onion rice crackers

  • Make such as many as required or till the dough finishes

  • Place oil in an kadai and heat

  • Deep fry the prepared nipats in oil till golden brown

  • Onion rice crackers are ready to serve now..

  • Store them in an container

  • These can also be baked in oven..

  • Stays for around 1 month and more....
