INGREDIENTS: Coco powder - 1 & 1/2  tbl spoon, Decicated Coconut powder - 4 tbl spns, Nice powdered sugar - 7 tbl spn,  Marie biscuits - 13 in no. , Vanila essence, Cardamom powder (elachi), Butter - 1&1/2 tbl spn, Aluminium foil



PREPARATION:

  • Crush marie biscuits into fine powder

  • Add coco powder and 1 tbl spn of sugar

  • Add little milk slowly and knead it to a fine dough (like chapathi dough)

  • Keep this aside

  • Into another bowl add decicated coconut powder (or grind coconut in mixy and use it)

  • Add 6 tbl spns of nice sugar into it

  • Add few drops of vennila essence or pinch of cardamom powder

  • Mix well and add butter to form sticky texture

  • Now using the dough make an thick chapathi

  • Spread the prepared coconut mix on it evenly

  • Roll it elongatedly

  • Seal the ends without any mix coming out slowly

  • If dough tends to break any where slowly press it to pack

  • Wrap this into an aluminium foil

  • Place this in fridge for 2 hours

  • After 2 hrs, take it out and cut it into 1 & 1/2 inch thick cakes

  • Store it in an container and serve

  • Yummy yummy coco choco rolls are ready to eat now..
