INGREDIENTS: Maida, salt, Milk, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, add required quantity of maida into it
  • Then add 2 spoons of sirotti rava (not compulsary)
  • Mix well the dough using milk or hot water, pinch of salt, softly
  • Finally add 2-3 saptula full of oil on it to mix it as slippery
  • Now take small amount of dough spread it using chapathi making stick on an oily, greasy cover
  • Then make it into single long piece like by half rolling and folding
  • Then roll in roundly
  • Now press it again using little oil with your fingers or chapathi stick
  • Take out slowly from the cover
  • Place tawa or frying pan on stove and roast in on both sides by applying oil in middle
  • Finally take out and keep it in an plate and beat it using your two hands (like clapping)
  • Now you can see layers formed on the parota
  • Serve with Your favourite curry or,
  • Tastes good with Alu kurma
