PREPARATION:
- Take kadai, heat 5-6 spoons of oil in it
- Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and fry till they splitter
- Add cut green and red chilly and fry
- Now add cut onion and shallow fry
- Then add cut tomato, salt and saute till soft
- Now add 3 glasses of water (for 1glass of semolina) and close the lid of kadai till water boils
- Now in low flame, slowly add rava and mix without any lumps and close the lid till cooked
- Garnish with coriander and fried cashews
- Serve with any pickle or ground nut chutney
