INGREDIENTS: Oil, Potatoes, Onions, Peas, Green chillies, American Sweet Corn seeds, Ginger Garlic paste, Coriander, Mint leaves (podhina), Amchoor powder (dry mango powder), Sandwich bread, Salt to taste, Corn flour


PREPARATION:
  • Boil potatoes, peas
  • Mash boiled potato softly in an bowl
  • To the same bowl, add salt, chopped onions,mint leaves, coriander, peas, green chillies, corn, t spn ginger garlic paste, amchoor powder (or) little lemon juice, 2 spoons of corn flour and mix well for stuffing
  • Now take bread slices, cut the edges brown part of it
  • Dip those bread slices in water or milk and then press gently to drain out water or milk
  • Now place the stuffing into it and make them into cylindrical shapes
  • Make such as many as you require
  • Deep fry them in oil till golden brown and take out in an paper napkin plate
  • Serves good with tomato ketchup
