PREPARATION:
- Boil potatoes, peas
- Mash boiled potato softly in an bowl
- To the same bowl, add salt, chopped onions,mint leaves, coriander, peas, green chillies, corn, t spn ginger garlic paste, amchoor powder (or) little lemon juice, 2 spoons of corn flour and mix well for stuffing
- Now take bread slices, cut the edges brown part of it
- Dip those bread slices in water or milk and then press gently to drain out water or milk
- Now place the stuffing into it and make them into cylindrical shapes
- Make such as many as you require
- Deep fry them in oil till golden brown and take out in an paper napkin plate
- Serves good with tomato ketchup
