Onion, Turmeric powder
PREPARATION:
- Take kadai, heat 2-3 spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, red chillies and wait till they splitter
- Now add curry leaves, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and fry
- Then add chopped beerakaya, salt,pinch of turmeric powder and wait till cook soft by closing the lid for 5 minutes
- Then add chopped tomatoes and saute well
- Finally garnish with coriander
- Serves good with rice, chapathis..
