INGREDIENTS: Oil, Bhendi, Ginger Garlic paste, Dhaniya powder (coriander powder), Salt, Chat masala, Onion, Turmeric powder, Curd, Gasagasalu (Poppy seeds), Garam Masala, Red Chilly Powder


PREPARATION:
  • Place kadai on stove and heat oil for deep fry
  • Now cut the both corners edges of bendi, make an long vertical cut in middle of okra (to test its good or insecticided)
  • Now deep fry those bendi in oil and keep aside
  • Into a bowl, add beaten curd, salt, spoon of ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, chat masala, turmeric powder, fried poppy seeds paste, garam masala, red chilly powder and mix well
  • Now place another kadai on stove, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
  • Add t- spoon of garam masala, red chilly powder and fry a while
  • Then fry long cut onion pieces till golden brown
  • Now add the beaten curd mixture into it
  • Finally add deep fried bendi pieces, mix well the contents
  • Close the lid for 10 minutes
  • Garnish with fried curry leaves, onions and serve
  • Tastes good for chapathis, rotis..
  • Delicious dhum okra/bendi is ready to eat
