PREPARATION:
- Place kadai on stove and heat oil for deep fry
- Now cut the both corners edges of bendi, make an long vertical cut in middle of okra (to test its good or insecticided)
- Now deep fry those bendi in oil and keep aside
- Into a bowl, add beaten curd, salt, spoon of ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, chat masala, turmeric powder, fried poppy seeds paste, garam masala, red chilly powder and mix well
- Now place another kadai on stove, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
- Add t- spoon of garam masala, red chilly powder and fry a while
- Then fry long cut onion pieces till golden brown
- Now add the beaten curd mixture into it
- Finally add deep fried bendi pieces, mix well the contents
- Close the lid for 10 minutes
- Garnish with fried curry leaves, onions and serve
- Tastes good for chapathis, rotis..
- Delicious dhum okra/bendi is ready to eat
