INGREDIENTS: Chenna (chenugalu/white chikpeas), Oil, Salt, Red chilly powder, Garlic, Dhaniya powder, Lemon juice, Onion, Cornflour, Coriander, Curry leaves


PREPARATION:
  • Soak chenna in water for one night and boil them in cooker for 3 whistles
  • In a bowl, take boiled chenna, add red chilly powder, salt, corn flour, little water and mix
  • Now deep fry these magnetd chenna in oil till golden brown and drain out excess oil, by placing in an paper napkin plate
  • Now take a pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil, fry curry leaves, garlic pieces, chopped onions and shallow fry
  • Now add deep fried chenna, red chilly powder, salt, and mix well
  • Finally off flame, and add lemon juice
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve..
