PREPARATION:
- Soak saggubiyyam in water for 3-4 hours till soft, this can be stored in fridge for few days
- Take a bowl, add 1cup of soft saggu biyyam, 1 cup of grated raw potato, salt, chopped green chilly, coriander and curry leaves
- Mix all the above with water
- Put dosa and fry it till it is crispy
- Instant Saggu biyyam dosa is ready
- Serves good with any chutneys or spicy ground nut powder
- Garnish with tomato, coriander, groundnut chutney powder and spring onions...
