INGREDIENTS: Saggu biyyam (Sago), Potato, Green Chillies, Salt, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves


PREPARATION:
  • Soak saggubiyyam in water for 3-4 hours till soft, this can be stored in fridge for few days
  • Take a bowl, add 1cup of soft saggu biyyam, 1 cup of grated raw potato, salt, chopped green chilly, coriander and curry leaves
  • Mix all the above with water
  • Put dosa and fry it till it is crispy
  • Instant Saggu biyyam dosa is ready
  • Serves good with any chutneys or spicy ground nut powder
  • Garnish with tomato, coriander, groundnut chutney powder and spring onions...
