PREPARATION:
- Take frying pan, heat 3-4 spoons f oil
- Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and fry till they splitter
- Now add cut green chilly, onions, brinjal and fry for a while
- Add salt, turmeric powder, t spoon of dhaniya powder and mix well
- Finally add cut tomato and saute till soft
- Garnish with coriander
- Serves good with rice, chapathis..
