INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu)Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Green chillies, Turmeric powder (pasupu), Salt, Onions, Tomatoes, Dhaniya powder (coriander seeds powder)


PREPARATION:
  • Take frying pan, heat 3-4 spoons f oil
  • Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and fry till they splitter
  • Now add cut green chilly, onions, brinjal and fry for a while
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, t spoon of dhaniya powder and mix well
  • Finally add cut tomato and saute till soft
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serves good with rice, chapathis..
