INGREDIENTS: Plain Noodles, Oil, Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicums, Onions, Salt, Azanomoto, Pepper, Soya sauce, Venegar, Tomato sauce, Chilly sauce, Dhaniya powder


PREPARATION:
  • Boil plain noodles in an kadai using required amount of water
  • While boiling add pinch of salt and 2 spoons of oil
  • After boiling drain out water completely and pour cold water on it and drain away water again
  • Now cut the vegetables into thin and long pieces (julian cutting), interested people can add potatoes and peas
  • Place kadai on stove, add 4-5 spoons of oil and heat
  • Add cut vegetables, salt and fry till cooked
  • Then add t spoon dhaniya powder, black pepper, soya sauce, venegar, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and saute it
  • Then add boiled noodles and mix well
  • Finally add pinch of azanamoto and mix well
  • Garnish with onion rings and coriander
  • Serves good with tomato sauce or plain..
Cut noodles while boiling so that it makes easy to cook later
