PREPARATION:
- Boil plain noodles in an kadai using required amount of water
- While boiling add pinch of salt and 2 spoons of oil
- After boiling drain out water completely and pour cold water on it and drain away water again
- Now cut the vegetables into thin and long pieces (julian cutting), interested people can add potatoes and peas
- Place kadai on stove, add 4-5 spoons of oil and heat
- Add cut vegetables, salt and fry till cooked
- Then add t spoon dhaniya powder, black pepper, soya sauce, venegar, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and saute it
- Then add boiled noodles and mix well
- Finally add pinch of azanamoto and mix well
- Garnish with onion rings and coriander
- Serves good with tomato sauce or plain..
