INGREDIENTS:Oil, Potatoes, Carrot, Salt, Pepper, Garam masala, Cashews, Paneer cubes, Coriander, Curry leaves, Ginger Garlic paste, Green chilly, Orange Food Colour, Cumin seeds (jeera), Corn flour


PREPARATION:
  • Boil potatoes in cooker and mash them softly in a bowl
  • To the same bowl add carrot cubes, t spn garam masala, cashew pieces, coriander, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, chopped green chilly, pinch of orange food colour diluted in water or milk, jeera, 3-4 spoons of corn flour
  • Mix all the ingredients like an fine dough
  • Now add paneer cubes into the dough and mix well without breaking paneer cubes
  • Now make them into small balls of your own size
  • Finally deep fry the balls in oil and take out in an paper napkin plate to drain out excess oil
  • Delicious paneer balls are ready to serve now with tomato ketchup
