Beans is rich in fiber and very good for health and peanuts are very healthier for kids

INGREDIENTS: Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Chenna dal (bengal gram, senagaballu), Peanuts (groundnut seeds), Salt. Green chillies, Red Chillies, Onions, Turmeric, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder, Curry leaves, Coriander

PREPARATION:

  • Boil chopped beans in pressure cooker by adding pinch of salt and turmeric
  • Cool them and drain water completely
  • Drained water can be used as soup by adding little salt and pepper
  • Noe place frying pan on flame
  • Heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, chenna dal, curry leaves and fry
  • Add chopped onions, cut green chillies, red chillies and toss till transparent
  • Add chopped and boiled beans and cook till water evaporates or dry
  • Add salt, turmeric, jeera powder, dhaniya powder and mix well
  • Finally add grinded and roasted peanut powder 
  • Sprinkle little water
  • Cook for 5 minutes by closing the lid
  • Dish out and garnish with coriander
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis......
