INGREDIENTS: Carrot, Onion, Tomato, Salt, Green chilly paste, Red chilly powder, Mixture (or) Sev, Small Nipatlu 

PREPARATION:
  • Chop onions, tomato
  • Peel of the outer layer for carrot Grate it (thuramadam)
  • Grind few green chillies into paste by adding little salt
  • Place small nipats in an plate around 6 in no.
  • Apply green chilly paste to it on one side
  • Place few chopped onions, tomato, grated carrot on it
  • Sprinkle salt and red chilly powder
  • Add sev or any mixture pof our own choice on the top
  • Add puffed rice on it (optional)
  • Spicy spicy nipat masala is ready to serve now..as an snack
  • You can even cut tomato into slice and place on the nipat (optional)
  • This gives you different taste
