VADA PAPPU


Plain vada pappu will be placed to god as nyvedhyam but while eating we can follow the below process

INGREDIENTS: Pesara pappu (green gram dal), Cucumber, Green chilly paste, Salt, Coriander, Fresh coconut


PREPARATION:
  • Soak pesarapappu in water for 7-8 hours
  • Drain water completely
  • Add chopped cucucmber, coriander green chilly paste, salt, Fresn grated coconut
  • Mix well and serve..


PANAKAM

INGREDIENTS: Jaggery (bellam), Pepper, Water

PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl
  • Add 5 table spoons of grate jaggery
  • 1 t spoon of ground pepper
  • Mix well with required amount of water and serve
