VADA PAPPU
Plain vada pappu will be placed to god as nyvedhyam but while eating we can follow the below process
INGREDIENTS: Pesara pappu (green gram dal), Cucumber, Green chilly paste, Salt, Coriander, Fresh coconut
PREPARATION:
- Soak pesarapappu in water for 7-8 hours
- Drain water completely
- Add chopped cucucmber, coriander green chilly paste, salt, Fresn grated coconut
- Mix well and serve..
PANAKAM
PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl
- Add 5 table spoons of grate jaggery
- 1 t spoon of ground pepper
- Mix well with required amount of water and serve
