INGREDIENTS: Choude palli Puffed rice (choude palle borugulu), Oil, Peanuts (chenaga ginjalu / groundnuts), Legumes (pappulu / veri senagullu), Curry leaves, Salt, Red chilly powder, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Green chillies
PREPARATION:
- Place kadai on flame, heat 5 table spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera, curry leaves, peanuts, legumes, green chillies and fry till roasted
- Add salt , red chilly powder and mix well
- Add choude palle borugulu and mix slowly in low flame
- Now the snack is ready to dish out
- Cool it and store in an container
- Stays for 1 month and above
- Addition of deep fried pithiballu, cashews makes snack more delicious
