INGREDIENTS: Potatoes, Oil, Jeera (cumin seeds), Curd, Salt, Red chilly powder, Coriander, Chat masala
PREPARATION:
- Half boil alu and grate it (thuramadam)
- Place frying pan on flame, heat a spoon of oil
- Add jeera, grated alu and fry till light brown
- In low flame, add curd , water, & mix well
- Simmer it for few minutes
- Add salt, red chilly powder and mix well
- Off flame, dish out and garnish with coriander
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve (optional)
