One of the famous, Rajastani special dish, loved by  all is dahi alu, even kids love them and eat happily

INGREDIENTS: Potatoes, Oil, Jeera (cumin seeds), Curd, Salt, Red chilly powder, Coriander, Chat masala

PREPARATION:
  • Half boil alu and grate it (thuramadam)
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat a spoon of oil
  • Add jeera, grated alu and fry till light brown
  • In low flame, add curd , water, & mix well
  • Simmer it for few minutes
  • Add salt, red chilly powder and mix well
  • Off flame, dish out and garnish with coriander
  • Sprinkle chat masala and serve (optional)
  • Goes well with chapathis, rotis, as an snack ...
