INGREDIENTS: Gobi (cauliflower), Salt, Green chillies, Onions, Tomatoes, Turmeric (pasupu), Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhi ballu), Oil, Jeera powder,Coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Remove gobi into small branches / pieces
  • Boil them in water for 5 minutes by adding pinch of salt and turmeric
  • Drain water completely
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 1 spoon of oil
  • Add avalu, jeera, urad dal and fry for a while
  • Add chopped onions, green chillies,t spn jeera powder and fry till transparent
  • Add tomato, salt, and saute till tomato cooks soft
  • Add boiled gobi, pinch of turmeric and fry till dry 
  • Off flame, garnish with coriander
  • Dish out and serve
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis, rotis,...
  • If you need as gravy just add little water and cook in medium flame by closing the lid (optional)
