INGREDIENTS: Corn flakes, Oil, Peanuts (chenaga ginjalu / groundnuts), Curry leaves, Salt, Red chilly powder
PREPARATION:
- Place kadai on flame, heat 5 table spoons of oil
- Add curry leaves, peanuts and fry till roasted
- Add salt, red chilly powder, and mix well
- Add corn flakes and mix slowly in low flame
- Now the snack is ready to dish out
- Cool it and store in an container
- Stays for 1 month and above
- Addition of cut deep fried cashews makes snack more delicious
