INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Green chillies, Salt, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder, Beans, Tomato, Curry leaves, Coriander, Onions, Turmeric, Garlic cloves
PREPARATION:
- Boil chopped beans in pressure cooker by adding water, pinch of salt and turmeric for 2 whistles
- Cool cooker, drain out water completely
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera, curry leaves, garlic cloves and fry
- Add chopped onions, green chillies and fry till transparent
- Add boiled beans, salt, turmeric and saute till dry
- Add cut tomato and fry till soft
- Add t spn of jeera powder, dhaniya powder and mix well
- Dish out and garnish with coriander
- Serves good with steamed rice, chapathis..
