Bored of eating beans, heres an different recepie using beans in tomato, gives you good flavour when added little jeera powder and served..beans is very rich in fiber and healthier to our body, beans should be taken once in a week for good health at least for kids

INGREDIENTS:  Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Green chillies, Salt, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder, Beans, Tomato, Curry leaves, Coriander, Onions, Turmeric, Garlic cloves

PREPARATION:
  • Boil chopped beans in pressure cooker by adding water, pinch of salt and turmeric for 2 whistles
  • Cool cooker, drain out water completely
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add avalu, jeera, curry leaves, garlic cloves and fry
  • Add chopped onions, green chillies and fry till transparent
  • Add boiled beans, salt, turmeric and saute till dry
  • Add cut tomato and fry till soft
  • Add t spn of jeera powder, dhaniya powder and mix well
  • Dish out and  garnish with coriander
  • Serves good with steamed rice, chapathis..
