INGREDIENTS: Fresh Coconut, Milk, Sugar, Ghee
PREPARATION:
- Place kadai on flame, heat 2 table spoons of ghee
- Add 2cups of thick milk, 2 cups of fresh grated coconut , mix well
- Add 1 and half cup of sugar and stir in low flame
- Keep on stirring till thickens, off flame
- Grease ghee onto the plate
- Pour the prepare mix into it
- Spread equally all over
- Wait till cools
- Cut into desired shapes and serve
- Delicious coconut milk burfy is ready to eat now..
