INGREDIENTS: Fresh Coconut, Milk, Sugar, Ghee



PREPARATION:
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 2 table spoons of ghee
  • Add  2cups of thick milk, 2 cups of fresh grated coconut , mix well
  • Add 1 and half cup of sugar and stir in low flame
  • Keep on stirring till thickens, off flame
  • Grease ghee onto the plate
  • Pour the prepare mix into it
  • Spread equally all over
  • Wait till cools 
  • Cut into desired shapes and serve
  • Delicious coconut milk burfy is ready to eat now..
