INGREDIENTS: Bombay rava (semolina), Sugar, Milk, Ghee, Cashews, Kismiss, Orange food colour


PREPARATION:
  • Place kadai on falme
  • Boil 3 glasses of milk
  • Add pinch of orange food colour
  • Mix 1 glass of sugar and 1 glass of bombay rava togeather
  • Now add this mix into the kadai slowly in low flame
  • Start stirring continuously
  • Add 3-4 spoons of ghee in middle
  • Cook for a while and dish out
  • Garnish with fried kaju, kismiss
  • Serve hot or cool.....
