INGREDIENTS: Karivepaku, Cooked rice, Dry Coconut, Green chilly, Red chilly, Salt, Turmeric powder, Jilakara (cumin seeds), Lemon, Dalchina chekka (cinnamom), Cloves (lavangam), Elachi (cardamon), Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • Cook rice and keep it
  • Take a mixy jar, add karivepaku, green chilly, salt, turmeric powder, coconut and grind as as fine paste
  • Now take a kadai, heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it, add jeera, red chillies and fry
  • Now add grinded paste and fry for few more minutes
  • Add a pinch of [cinnamom, cardamon, cloves] fried and grinded powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and saute it
  • Finally mix cooked rice, mix well all the ingredients in low flame
  • Put off the flame add lemon juice (if interested)
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and grated coconut, fried cashews
  • Serve hot..
