PREPARATION:
- Cook rice and keep it
- Take a mixy jar, add karivepaku, green chilly, salt, turmeric powder, coconut and grind as as fine paste
- Now take a kadai, heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it, add jeera, red chillies and fry
- Now add grinded paste and fry for few more minutes
- Add a pinch of [cinnamom, cardamon, cloves] fried and grinded powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and saute it
- Finally mix cooked rice, mix well all the ingredients in low flame
- Put off the flame add lemon juice (if interested)
- Garnish with chopped coriander and grated coconut, fried cashews
- Serve hot..
