PREPARATION:
- Grate carrot, cabbage, cauliflower and keep aside, 80% will be used in dogh and remaining at last
- Into a bowl, add grated carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, salt, red chilly powder, maida, corn flour and mix well into thick dough
- Now make small balls using the dough
- Deep fry the balls in oil till golden brown
- Now palce frying pan on flame,
- Heat 2-3 spoons of oil
- Now add chopped garlic, green chilly, capsicum and fry till brown
- Then add grated carrot, cabbage, cauliflower that we kept aside before
- Then add spoon of soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, venegar, salt, pinch of aja-na-moto and saute it with little water
- Now add deep fried vegetable balls into it and mix well softly
- Cook for a while and dish out
- Comes out as an semi gravy, if u need it fully dry avoid adding little water in the above step
- Garnish with coriander & onion rings
- Tastes good with tomato sauce
- Can be served with chapathis, rotis also..
