INGREDIENTS: Capsicums (Green, Yellow, Red), Groundnut/Peanut powder, Oil, Onion, Tomatoes, Green chilly, Dhaniya powder, Salt, Coconut (optional)



PREPARATION:
  • Take frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil
  • Add chopped onions, green chillies, cut capsicums of three colours and fry till cooked
  • Then add chopped tomatoes, little water and saute it
  • Now add ground nut powder, dhaniya powder, grated coconut, salt and boil
  • Garnish with fresh cream
  • Serves with chapathis, rice....
