INGREDIENTS: Maida (maize flour), Water, Salt, Milk, Sugar, Poppy seeds (gasagasalu), Milk, Dry coconut


PREPARATION:
  • In a bowl, add miada, pinch of salt
  • Mix well using water like puri dough
  • Now make small puris thinly
  • Deep fry puris in oil
  • Make such puris as many as you require
  • Now prepare kheer for dressing for puris
  • For kheer, boil milk
  • Now to the boiled milk add powdered dry coconut, sugar, poppy seeds (gasagasalu)
  • Let this boil for 5-10 minutes in low flame
  • Off flame, Dip puris in it for 5 minutes
  • Take out in serving plates
  • Garnish with dry fruits
  • Yummy yummy milk puri is ready to serve now
  • Serve cool......
