PREPARATION:
- In a bowl, add miada, pinch of salt
- Mix well using water like puri dough
- Now make small puris thinly
- Deep fry puris in oil
- Make such puris as many as you require
- Now prepare kheer for dressing for puris
- For kheer, boil milk
- Now to the boiled milk add powdered dry coconut, sugar, poppy seeds (gasagasalu)
- Let this boil for 5-10 minutes in low flame
- Off flame, Dip puris in it for 5 minutes
- Take out in serving plates
- Garnish with dry fruits
- Yummy yummy milk puri is ready to serve now
- Serve cool......
