INGREDIENTS: 8 fresh tomatoes, 2 cups chopped celery, 3 large onions (peeled and cut into chunks), 1 green bell pepper (seeded and chopped), 2 medium beetroots, 4 carrots, 3 cloves garlic (peeled), 1/4th cup sugar, 1 tspn black pepper, 1/2cup lemon juice, 1/2 glass water, 1 tb spn worcestershire sauce (avlb in markets), 1 cup white sugar, salt

PREPARATION:
  • Use juicer to process tomatoes, celery, carrots, beetroots, onion, green pepper, garlics
  • Pour it into a large bowl
  • Stir in sugar, black pepper, lemon juice, and enough water tomakeit thin consistency
  • Season with worcestershire sauce to taste
  • Bring them all to boil
  • Continue toboil for 20 minutes
  • Now cool
  • Serve chilled....
