INGREDIENTS: Maida, Peas, Coriander, Salt, Amchur powder, Oil, Hot water

PREPARATION:
  • Mix maida, pinch of salt with hot water to make as an poori dough and keep
  • Now in an frying pan heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add boiled peas or fresh soft peas and fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Now add salt, chopped coriander and saute it
  • Then off flame and add spoon of amchur powder and mix well
  • Now make small puris and stuff the prepared mattar fry in it
  • Close or pack well the stuffing tomake small ball
  • Now spread this ball into small puri by sprinkling little maida on it
  • Make such as many as you require
  • Deep fry this puri in oil or roast it as you do for chapathis
  • Take out and garnish with onion rings and coriander
  • Serves good with any chutneys or pickles..
