PREPARATION:
- Boil alu, peel off the outer layer and cut them into cubes
- Into a bowl, add cutted alu, salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder, pinch of garam masala, chopped garlic cloves, t spn ginger garlic paste, orange food colour, 3-4 table spoons of curd
- Now mix all the ingredients finely
- Let this marinate for 1 hour
- After one hour add 1-2 table spoons of oil and mix well
- Now place one by one piece on tandoori maker or sandwitch maker or on an tawa (dosa pan) or frying pan and roast in medium flame by turning slowly using fork
- Finally dish out, Sprinkle little chat masala on it
- Place tooth picks on them and serve
- Garnish with onion rings ......
