INGREDIENTS: Alu, Oil, Mustard seeds (avalu), Cumin seeds (jeera), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Salt, Dhaniya powder, Red chillypowder, Turmeric, Cashews, Curry leaves, Red chillies


PREPARATION:
  • Cut peeled alu into fingers thinly
  • Deep fry them in oil till golden brown at last add cashews also
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 5-6 spoons of oil
  • Add mustard, cumin, urad dal, curry leaves, salt and saute well
  • Off flame, add turmeric , red chilly powder, dhaniya powder and mix well
  • Now add deep fried alu, cashews into the frying pan and mix
  • Dish out and garnish using deep fried curry leaves, red chillies
  • Serve hot or cool....
