INGREDIENTS: Alu, Oil, Mustard seeds (avalu), Cumin seeds (jeera), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Salt, Dhaniya powder, Red chillypowder, Turmeric, Cashews, Curry leaves, Red chillies
PREPARATION:
- Cut peeled alu into fingers thinly
- Deep fry them in oil till golden brown at last add cashews also
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 5-6 spoons of oil
- Add mustard, cumin, urad dal, curry leaves, salt and saute well
- Off flame, add turmeric , red chilly powder, dhaniya powder and mix well
- Now add deep fried alu, cashews into the frying pan and mix
- Dish out and garnish using deep fried curry leaves, red chillies
- Serve hot or cool....
