PREPARATION:
- Place frying pan on flame
- Heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it
- Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram and wait till they splitter
- Now add chopped curry leaves, onions, split green chillies, pinch of turmeric and fry well
- Now make few idlies into small pieces and remaining idlies like powder or rava
- Add this in to the frying pan and mix well
- Finally add coriander, salt and mix well
- Off flame and add lemon juice, mix well
- Garnish with coriander and serve
