INGREDIENTS: Coconut milk (avlb in market also), Green chillies, Red chillies, Cloves (lavangalu), cinnamon (dalchina chekka), Cardamom (Elaichi / Yaalakkaya ), Raw rice, Salt, Tomatoes, Jeera,Mint leaves (pudhina)

PREPARATION:
  • Take an cooker
  • Add 1glass of cleaned raw rice into it
  • Now add 2 glasses of coconut milk, salt, green chillies, red chillies, small piece of cardamom, cinnamon, 1-2 cloves, t spn jeera
  • Now add cut tomato (make it into 4 pieces)
  • Keep cooker on flame for 2 whistles
  • Let pressure go off completely from the cooker
  • Open the lid add mint leaves and mix well
  • Close the lid for few minutes
  • Now dish out and serve
  • Goes good with alu curries or natu kodi kura.....
