PREPARATION:
- Take an cooker
- Add 1glass of cleaned raw rice into it
- Now add 2 glasses of coconut milk, salt, green chillies, red chillies, small piece of cardamom, cinnamon, 1-2 cloves, t spn jeera
- Now add cut tomato (make it into 4 pieces)
- Keep cooker on flame for 2 whistles
- Let pressure go off completely from the cooker
- Open the lid add mint leaves and mix well
- Close the lid for few minutes
- Now dish out and serve
- Goes good with alu curries or natu kodi kura.....
