INGREDIENTS: Grated fresh coconut, Bread slices, Green chilly, Salt, Oil
PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl
- Dip bread in water and squeeze out water completely from it
- Add fresh grated coconut, salt, chopped green chillies, bread and mix well like dough
- Make small patties (like cutlets) or your own shapes
- Deep fry those patties in oil for 5 minutes in low flame till golden brown
- Take out in an paper palte napkin
- Garnish with deep fried curry leaves
- Serve hot..
