INGREDIENTS: Grated fresh coconut, Bread slices, Green chilly, Salt, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl
  • Dip bread in water and squeeze out water completely from it
  • Add fresh grated coconut, salt, chopped green chillies, bread and mix well like dough
  • Make small patties (like cutlets) or your own shapes
  • Deep fry those patties in oil for 5 minutes in low flame till golden brown
  • Take out in an paper palte napkin
  • Garnish with deep fried curry leaves
  • Serve hot..
