INGREDIENTS: Beaten curd, Salt, Water, Ice cubes, Coriander, Green chilly paste, Jeera powder, Mustard seeds (avalu), Cumin seeds (jeera)

PREPARATION:
  • Place small spatula on flame, fry t spn of mustard & cumin seeds without oil
  • Take a bowl
  • Add 2-3 tb spns of beaten curd, t spn of salt, jeera powder, chopped coriander
  • Pinch of green chilly paste, 1 glass of water
  • Stirr well or mix well all the ingredients
  • Add ice cubes (optional)
  • Serve cool
