INGREDIENTS: Gulab Jamun mix / powder, Oil, Water, Cashews, Badham, Walnut, Karjur, Elachi, Sugar, Dry grapes (kismiss), Ghee


PREPARATION:
  • Make sugar syrup by heating sugar and water (1:1 ratio ) in a bowl
  • Add a pinch of elachi powder to it, just for flavour
  • Now fry all the above dry fruits in little ghee
  • Let them all cool
  • Now grind all the dry fruits (badham, kismiss, cashews, karjur, walnuts) in an mixy jar till soft
  • Mean while mix jamun powder and water in an bowl as chapathi dough
  • Now make small balls using grinded dry fruits powder and keep
  • Using jamun dough make small patties and place dryfruit ball in it and make them into small dry fruit jamun by rolling softly on the palm (pack well)
  • Make such jamuns as you require
  • Deep fry those jamun balls in oil and place them or soak directly into the sugar syrup that we prepared first for few minutes
  • Finally garnish them with cherries and serve cool..
