INGREDIENTS: Atta, Oil, Salt, Groundnuts, Green chilly paste, Onions, Coriander, Curry leaves


PREPARATION:
  • In a bowl add 3 cups of atta, pinch of salt, green chilly paste, chopped onions, coriander, curry leaves, 1 cup of grinded ground nuts powder
  • Mix well all the ingredients using little hot water like chapathi dough
  • Now make the dough into small balls as many as you require
  • Spread them into chapathis
  • Roast them on tawa or frying pan both sides using little oil
  • Serves good plainly or can be served with any pickles or chutneys...
