INGREDIENTS: Carrot, Raddish, Capsicums, Betroot, Cucumber, Green chilly, Salt, Lemon


PREPARATION:
  • Cut all the raw vegetables like thin round slices
  • If not grate all the vegetables or chop
  • Now take a bowl, add cut or grated or chopped vegetables
  • Add salt, cut chilly, and lemon as required
  • Mix well all the ingredients
  • Leave it for 3-4 hours or can be taken immediately
  • Serves good At any time all over the day..
  • This salad tastes good even when prepared using any single vegetable also
