INGREDIENTS: Water melon pieces, Baking powder, Cooking soda, Sugar, Butter, Milk, Maida, Egg white

PREPARATION:
  • Beat 1 egg and take only white yolk from it in an bowl
  • Now add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of boiled milk, pinch of cooking soda, 3 t spoons of baking powder and beat well
  • Now add 1 cup of butter, 2 cups of maida (maize flour) and mix well all the ingredients
  • At last add chopped water melon pieces (without any seeds and water) and mix well
  • Now grease oil in rice cooker bowl
  • Spread the mixed dough into it neatly
  • On the rice cooker switch
  • Within 10 minutes yummy yummy water melon cake will be ready to eat
  • While taking out from the rice cooker just take an knife loose the edges of cooker bowl and dish out slowly to remain the shape round
  • Garnish it using cream cones (avlb in bakeries) and serve .....
