PREPARATION:
- Boil basmati rice (for 1 glass of rice , add 1&1/2 glass of water)
- Spread the cooked rice in a plate and cool it
- Place kadai on flame, heat 3-4 spoons of oil
- Add jeera, long cut onions and fry till brown
- Now add chopped green chillies, and saute it
- Cut three types of capsicums into small cubes and add into the kadai and saute for a while
- Dont let the colour of capsicums to change, (just half cook)
- Add pinch of salt, pepper, 1 tb spn of soya sauce and mix well
- Finally add cooled rice and mix softly
- Sprinkle pinch of aja-na-moto, mint leaves on the top saute well
- Dish out and serve ....
- Tastes good with tomato sauce or any curry
