INGREDIENTS: Green capsicum, Yellow capsicum, Red capsicum, Onion, Soya sauce, Pepper, Salt, Green chillies, Aja-na-moto, Basmati rice, Oil, Jeera, Mint (pudhina) leaves


PREPARATION:
  • Boil basmati rice (for 1 glass of rice , add 1&1/2 glass of water)
  • Spread the cooked rice in a plate and cool it
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 3-4 spoons of oil
  • Add jeera, long cut onions and fry till brown
  • Now add chopped green chillies, and saute it
  • Cut three types of capsicums into small cubes and add into the kadai and saute for a while
  • Dont let the colour of capsicums to change, (just half cook)
  • Add pinch of salt, pepper, 1 tb spn of soya sauce and mix well
  • Finally add cooled rice and mix softly
  • Sprinkle pinch of aja-na-moto, mint leaves on the top saute well
  • Dish out and serve ....
  • Tastes good with tomato sauce or any curry
