INGREDIENTS: Oil, Spinach, Potato, Garlic cloves, Red chilly powder, Salt, Food colour (red), Jeera powder, Dhaniya (coriander seeds ) powder, Garam masala, Midha, Cornflour

PREPARATION:
  • Half boil alu and cut them into thick slices
  • In a bowl add half boiled alu slices, palak leaves, 3 spoons of midha, 3 spoons of corn flour, salt 
  • Mix well using little water
  • Place kadai on flame, heat oil
  • Add alu and palak slices and deep fry till golden brown
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat a spoon of oil
  • Add chopped garlic cloves, spinach leaves, alu and roast for a while
  • Give seasoning using required salt, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, red chily powder, pinch of garam masala and saute well
  • Add diluted red colour of one spoon
  • Finally mix well all the ingredients and dish out
  • Garnish with grated cabbage, carrot, lemon 
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or pudhina (mint) dip....
