INGREDIENTS: Cabbage, Alu, Soya Sauce, Tomato, Green Chilly, Onion, Pepper, Aja-na-moto, Salt, Oil, Cornflour, Garlic, Red chilly powder, Midha (all purpose flour)


PREPARATION:
  • Boil potato, peel off the outer layer and smash it.
  • Take a bowl, add 3 table spoons of midha, chopped cabbage and mix finely with alu smash
  • To the same give seasoning by adding salt, pepper, cornflour, ajnomoto, coriander, red chilly powder
  • Knead well into fine dough
  • Make small round balls using the prepared dough, till required
  • Deep fry in oil till golden brown
  • Take out into an paper napkin plate to observe excess oil, and keep aside
  • Now take another pan
  • Add 3-4 spoons of oil, 
  • Add chopped garlic, onion, green chilly and fry
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt and saute for a while
  • Mix well all the ingredients.
  • Now dilute 3 table spoons of cornflour in a bowl 
  • Add this to the frying pan 
  • Mix well so that the sauce becomes thick
  • Finally add the deep fried dumplings (round balls that we kept aside)
  • Mix well and garnish with coriander/spring onions
  • Now the dish is ready to serve
