Apple, very healthy fruit, all of us know that an Apple a day keeps doctor away, but many of us eat apple by peeling of the skin (outer layer), thats very rich in proteins and nutrients, so try to take apple along with the outer layer

INGREDIENTS: Apple, Sugar, Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk, Ice Cubes

PREPARATION:
  • Cut apple into slices
  • Remove seeds from it
  • Take a mixy jar
  • Add cut apple pieces, sugar, boiled and cooled milk, ice cubes
  • Blend it into thin juice
  • Add vanilla ice cream and blend again
  • Serve it into a glass, refrigerate
  • Give topping with vanilla ice cream 
  • Serve chill.......
  • Filtering the juice is optional
