INGREDIENTS: 
4 cups of sajjalu nuka (millet semolina)
1 cup of fried peanuts powder
Salt for taste
Water, Oil

PREPARATION:
  • Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl other than water
  • Boil 5 cups of water in another bowl, add pinch of salt and spoon of oil
  • When you observe bubbles surrounding the vessel
  • Add the mixed above powder slowly into the vessel
  • Don't stir 
  • Let this boil for 2-3 minutes
  • Off flame, now mix it properly to make as dough
  • Make small patties (cutlet) like rounds using the boiled dough called billakudumulu
  • Make such as many as till the dough finishes
  • Place tawa on flame, add 2 spoons of oil
  • Place the prepared billakudumulu on tawa 
  • Roast them on both sides in medium flame
  • Serve hot, tastes good with Onion tamarind chutney
