INGREDIENTS: Rajma (kidney beans), Onion, Tomato, Salt, Oil, Amchur powder (dry mango powder), Jeera powder, Garam masala, Dhaniya powder, Red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste, Coriander


PREPARATION:
  • Soak rajma in water over night, boil it and keep
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add cut sliced onions, ginger garlic paste and fry
  • Add boiled rajma, salt and saute for 2 minutes
  • Give seasoning by adding t spn of jeera, dhaniya, red chilly powders
  • Add tomato puree (grinded tomato juice) and mix well
  • Simmer till cooked soft
  • Add little amchur powder (optional)
  • Mix well, Off flame, dish out
  • Garnish with coriander and serve
  • Goes well with rotis, chapathis...
