INGREDIENTS: Rajma (kidney beans), Onion, Tomato, Salt, Oil, Amchur powder (dry mango powder), Jeera powder, Garam masala, Dhaniya powder, Red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste, Coriander
PREPARATION:
- Soak rajma in water over night, boil it and keep
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add cut sliced onions, ginger garlic paste and fry
- Add boiled rajma, salt and saute for 2 minutes
- Give seasoning by adding t spn of jeera, dhaniya, red chilly powders
- Add tomato puree (grinded tomato juice) and mix well
- Simmer till cooked soft
- Add little amchur powder (optional)
- Mix well, Off flame, dish out
- Garnish with coriander and serve
- Goes well with rotis, chapathis...
