INGREDIENTS: Aloo, Capsicums, Salt, Oil, Red chilly powder, Dhaniya powder, Coriander, Onions, Tomato, Turmeric, Jeera powder, Chat masala, Lemon juice


PREPARATION:
  • Clean alu, capsicum and cut into long thin pieces
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 3 spoons of oil
  • Add Cut alu, capsicums, onion and cook till tender
  • Add pinch of salt, turmeric while cooking
  • Add tomatoes and saute for a while
  • Give seasoning by adding dhaniya powder, red chilly powder, salt, jeera powder 
  • Mix well and cook for few minutes
  • Dish out and garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot, tastes good with rice, rotis, chapathis...
  • Tastes good as an dry item also, just sprinkle chat masala and lemon before serving (optional)


Addition of red and yellow capsicums makes the dish more colourfull and delicious
