INGREDIENTS: Carrot, Cashews, Milk, Sugar, Pista, Saripappu, Saffron (kumkum puvu)
PREPARATION:
- Cut carrot and boil it
- Soak cashew for 30 minutes or boil it along with carrot pieces
- Grind boiled carrot and cashew as paste using little water in mixy jar
- Boil milk and sugar in requird quantities
- In middle add grinded carrot and cashew paste
- Stir well ,boil till sugar melts along with carrot cashew paste
- Garnish with pista, saffron, cashews & saripappu
- Refrigerate & Serve chill
