INGREDIENTS: Rajma (kidney beans), Gobi, Onion, Tomato, Salt, Oil, Amchur powder (dry mango powder), Jeera powder, Garam masala, Dhaniya powder, Red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste, Coriander, Turmeric, Cooked rice
PREPARATION:
- Soak rajma in water over night, boil it and keep
- Boil gobi pieces in water for 5 minutes by adding pinch of salt and turmeric
- Drain water completely and keep
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add cut sliced onions, ginger garlic paste and fry
- Add boiled rajma, gobi, salt and saute for 2 minutes
- Give seasoning by adding t spn of jeera, dhaniya, red chilly powders
- Add chopped tomato and saute it
- Simmer till cooked soft
- Add little amchur powder (optional)
- Add cooked rice in low flame
- Mix well, Off flame, dish out
- Garnish with coriander and serve...
