INGREDIENTS: Rajma (kidney beans), Gobi, Onion, Tomato, Salt, Oil, Amchur powder (dry mango powder), Jeera powder, Garam masala, Dhaniya powder, Red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste, Coriander, Turmeric, Cooked rice

PREPARATION:
  • Soak rajma in water over night, boil it and keep
  • Boil gobi pieces in water for 5 minutes by adding pinch of salt and turmeric
  • Drain water completely and keep
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add cut sliced onions, ginger garlic paste and fry
  • Add boiled rajma, gobi,  salt and saute for 2 minutes
  • Give seasoning by adding t spn of jeera, dhaniya, red chilly powders
  • Add chopped tomato and saute it
  • Simmer till cooked soft
  • Add little amchur powder (optional)
  • Add cooked rice in low flame
  • Mix well, Off flame, dish out
  • Garnish with coriander and serve...
