INGREDIENTS: Bombay rava (semolina), Vermicelli (semiya), Soar Curd, Green chilly, Salt, Carrot, Fresh green peas, American sweet corn, Coriander, Curry leaf, Mustard seeds (avalu), Cumin seeds (jilakara), Urad dal, Bengal gram (senaga balu), Cooking soda, Water, Onion

PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, to it 1/2 add bombay rava, 3 cups vermicelli, salt, green chilly paste/pieces, grated carrot, fried chopped onions, peas and corn (if interested), mix well all like an thick batter (idly batter) using curd and little water
  • Take a small pan, pour 3-4 spoons of oil, fry mustard, cumin, urad, bengal gram, curry leaves, & coriander
  • Add this also into the batter and mix well, finally add pinch of cooking soda (if interested)
  • Now the batter is ready to use, take idly stand apply oil, keep batter into it and keep in cooker for 15 minutes, else micro wave for 8- 10 minutes
  • Batter must be thicker if micro waved compared to cooker
  • Serve with groundnut chutney
